Yes. I like word play. I’m a nerd. Also, I started canning for the first time ever this summer. I’m a nerd. It’s been such a fun project that I had to share with you the fruits of my labor. Oh geez, more word play. On to the pictures!

Blueberry Jam made with blueberries from our CSA (recipe from

One of my all time favorite breakfast combinations: homemade jam, Fage Greek yogurt, and Wheetabix along with a large glass of creamy iced coffee. Summer morning perfection.

In case you are new to canning, I’ve linked up all the supplies I have used so far. If you are a veteran canner, do you have any other recommendations?

Happy canning!

Dresses and Trampolines

Dress: Loft//Belt: Target//Shoes: b.o.c (similar)

Apparently, all of my friends are Leos. This has been two weeks full of birthday fun times, including, of course, my own. One friend had an awesome backyard barbecue complete with a trampoline. Don’t worry…I kept it PG.

Check out this dress in it’s dressed up version for a dear friend’s wedding. It’s been my favorite go-to this summer. Though I never really pictured wearing it on a trampoline. I can’t imagine Ann Taylor did either…

Keeping it classy, what can I say.

A bonus post for you today, in honor of Everybody, Everywear. Yes, I ate nachos in this outfit. Miraculously, it still ended the day white.

Also, please bear with me…over the next few days, I’ll be switching from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, so it might be a bit funky here now and again.

Check out my previous EBEW posts below!

More Berkshire Love

On our night out in the Berkshires, we went to an awesome restaurant in North Adams called Public Eat + Drink. There, I had a burger that changed my life. Could it be because I’d been hiking all day? Possibly, but I’m guessing it was the toppings: brie, garlic aioli, and arugula. Yep, you read that right, brie AND aioli; life-changing!

Here are a few snaps from our hike (iPhone photos, didn’t feel like lugging the real camera). Also, these outfit photos are from the hallway outside our room in our hotel. How cool is that?!? We stayed at Porches in case you ever get a chance to visit North Adams and are looking for an amazing place to stay.

Here we go!
